About the Role:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for MultiBank.io, our crypto spot and derivatives platform. Build authentic community and drive organic growth in the crypto ecosystem while supporting the MBG utility token.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for crypto platform
- Build and nurture engaged crypto communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X
- Create organic growth strategies that resonate with crypto-native audiences
- Drive awareness and adoption of MBG token through authentic engagement
- Partner with crypto influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders
- Lead content strategy that educates and engages crypto traders
- Coordinate campaigns around platform launches, token utilities, and partnerships
- Work with performance marketing team on paid acquisition
- Collaborate with product team on go-to-market for new features
- Represent MultiBank.io at crypto events and conferences
What We're Looking For:
- Deep roots in crypto community with authentic network and credibility
- Proven track record building crypto communities and organic growth
- Strong understanding of token economics and crypto user behavior
- Experience marketing crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, or Web3 platforms
- Hands-on marketer comfortable creating content and engaging directly
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically
- Understanding of crypto compliance and regulatory sensitivities
- Ability to work effectively across product, trading, and executive teams
- Comfort with fast-paced environment and evolving priorities
