About the Role:
Be the voice of the customer at MultiBank. Lead user research across product and marketing to ensure we build and promote experiences that traders actually want and need.
What You'll Do:
- Design and conduct user research studies for product development
- Test prototypes and features with users throughout development process
- Organize and synthesize customer feedback from all sources (support, reviews, sales, social)
- Create actionable insights for product, design, and marketing teams
- Build research processes and frameworks that scale across the organization
- Conduct usability testing on existing and new features
- Run market research to inform positioning and messaging
- Partner with marketing on campaign testing and optimization
- Build systems for continuous customer feedback collection
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in user research for consumer products
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to translate research into actionable product recommendations
- Knowledge of usability testing and design research practices
- Experience organizing feedback from multiple channels into insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to various audiences
- Hands-on approach with ability to conduct research directly
- Understanding of trading, fintech, or crypto products preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment where research informs rapid decisions
