Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Content & Localization to lead the development and execution of our content strategy across MultiBank’s trading platforms. You will define the company’s tone of voice, ensure clarity and simplicity across all user-facing materials, and oversee localization efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences in every market.

This role blends creative leadership with operational precision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and design to uphold our brand standards, build scalable content systems, and ensure all communications reflect MultiBank’s commitment to clarity, trust, and global accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain tone of voice guidelines for CFD and crypto products.
  • Ensure clarity and simplicity across all user-facing content including product interfaces, marketing, and communications.
  • Review and improve microcopy, onboarding flows, and educational content.
  • Oversee translation and localization for multiple languages and regions.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency.
  • Build scalable content processes using AI tools, maintaining human quality control.
  • Develop content frameworks and style guides to support independent team output.
  • Contribute to hands-on content creation as needed to maintain quality and delivery speed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in fintech, trading, or crypto content.
  • Proven experience simplifying complex financial concepts for global audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement content strategy and governance.
  • Experience managing localization and translation operations across regions.
  • Fluency in AI content tools and understanding of their limitations.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams on in-app content and UX copy.
  • Strong understanding of CFD/trading and crypto terminology.
