Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Lead – App Marketing to drive user acquisition and retention for MultiBank’s mobile trading applications (iOS and Android). You will own strategy and execution for app store optimization (ASO), paid user acquisition, and mobile-first growth campaigns.

This role requires a hands-on growth professional experienced in mobile marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale app growth profitably across regions while ensuring alignment with brand, compliance, and product goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mobile user acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and social channels.
  • Optimize App Store and Google Play listings for organic visibility and conversion.
  • Manage mobile attribution and analytics across Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Partner with product teams to enhance in-app conversion and retention.
  • Test and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for mobile audiences.
  • Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining user quality and LTV focus.
  • Work with ASO, deep linking, and mobile measurement platforms to improve tracking and attribution.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in scaling mobile app user acquisition globally.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Experience with fintech, trading, or financial apps preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of app store algorithms and ASO best practices.
  • Data-driven marketer with a focus on LTV, retention, and ROI optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and design teams on mobile-specific assets.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable executing and optimizing campaigns directly.
