Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Data Engineer to join our growing analytics and technology team. In this role, you will design and implement data pipelines, build machine learning solutions, and leverage generative AI to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and automation. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing department to build meaningful datasets and a centralized data warehouse used for reporting across multiple teams, with a focus on customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and own machine learning solutions that drive customer personalization, predictive modeling, churn prediction, and segmentation.
  • Create data pipelines and automations using Python to connect multiple endpoints and APIs, including first-party databases, marketing tools, and data collection platforms.
  • Explore the capabilities of Generative AI to develop innovative applications for traders that enhance personalization and efficiency.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights, communicate findings to stakeholders, and strategize on methods to increase engagement and LTV.
  • Maintain a commercial acumen to identify opportunities where technology can enhance customer engagement or streamline internal processes.
  • Deploy and maintain scalable solutions within cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience handling high-volume datasets such as customer journey, marketing performance, or product behavior.
  • Proficiency in Python for building data pipelines and automations that integrate multiple data endpoints and APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, particularly around predictive modeling and customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience deriving customer insights from data analysis, communicating with stakeholders, and strategizing to improve engagement and LTV.
  • Capability to create LLM-based applications that summarize large volumes of data and leverage the latest Gen AI use cases.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as dbt or Informatica.
